0. Purpose
AIDIN ROBOTICS Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) has established this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects (hereinafter referred to as “Users”), including customers, partners, and employees, and to promptly and effectively handle any related grievances.
This Policy provides a clear explanation of how the Company collects, uses, and processes personal information, including that of Users’ employees, when Users access the Company’s website, CRM system, software, and other services (collectively, the “Services”). (1) Scope: Google Analytics uses cookies and tracking technologies to automatically collect usage data to improve user experience.
(2) Device Information: Includes IP address, operating system, browser ID, and connection-related information.
(3) Log Data: Server logs record details of each access, including IP address, file metadata, and usage activity.
(4) Product Usage Data: Includes timestamps, browsing activity, email delivery metrics, and performance indicators.

1.2 Newsletter Subscription
(1) Scope of Information
When a User subscribes to the Company’s newsletter, the following is collected:
Required: Newsletter language (KR/EN), subscription date/time
Optional: Name, surname, contact details, region/country, company, job title, interests
(2) Purpose
Collected for newsletter delivery and to prevent unauthorized use of the subscriber’s email address.
(3) Retention
Email addresses are stored while the subscription is active. Optional information may be retained for up to
5 years for marketing purposes.
(4) Refusal & Deletion
Users may unsubscribe at any time, which is deemed withdrawal of consent for personal data storage.
2. Retention and Destruction of Personal Information
2.1 The Company will promptly destroy personal information once the purpose of its collection and use has been fulfilled. However, if retention is required under applicable laws, such as the Commercial Act or the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Company will retain the information for the period specified in the relevant laws. In such cases, the information will be used only within the scope of the retention purpose.
2.2 The retention periods for personal information in accordance with major related laws are as follows:
- Records on contracts or withdrawal of offers: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
- Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
- Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
- Records on advertisements and labeling: 6 months (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
- Commercial ledgers and important documents: 10 years (Commercial Act)
2.3 After purpose fulfillment, data is moved to a separate storage before deletion.
2.4 Destruction Methods: Paper records are shredded or incinerated; electronic files are permanently deleted
using irreversible technical methods.
3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
3.1 The Company processes personal information only within the scope stated in this Policy and
does not sell information to advertisers or third parties

5. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives
5.1 Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time via written request, email, or phone.
5.2 The Company will respond within 10 days unless legal restrictions apply.
5.3 Users may also withdraw consent or opt out of marketing communications.
6. Exclusions from Application
6.1 This User Information Protection Policy does not apply to any information that you voluntarily provide through the Service or by any other means, including feedback on the Service.
6.2 Such information includes, but is not limited to, suggestions for new products or services, modifications to existing products or services, and other voluntary submissions (collectively referred to as “Feedback and Voluntary Information”).
6.3 All Feedback and Voluntary Information shall be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary to the user. The Company shall have the perpetual and unrestricted right to store, reproduce, use, modify, distribute, display, create derivative works from, and commercialize such Feedback and Voluntary Information without limitation.
7. Policy Changes
7.1 The Company may amend this Policy to reflect service or legal changes, notifying Users at least 7 days in advance via website and email. Continued use constitutes agreement to the updated Policy.
8. Security Measures
8.1 To ensure the security of personal information, the Company implements the following measures:
-Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular employee training, etc.
-Technical measures: Management of access rights to personal information processing systems, installation of access
control systems, encryption of unique identifiers, installation of security programs, etc.
-Physical measures: Access control for computer rooms, data storage rooms, and other related facilities.
8.2 In addition, the Company uses industry-standard technologies to maintain security when transmitting and receiving information with other companies.
8.3 The Service takes the highest level of security measures under the Company’s control to protect information from accidental or unlawful access.

9.1 The Chief Executive Officer of the Company, as a specialist in personal information protection, is responsible for overseeing and managing all tasks related to the processing of personal information, and strives to address complaints and provide remedies for data subjects in connection with personal information processing.
9.2 You may contact us at the designated contact point regarding any inquiries, complaints, or requests for remedies related to personal information protection arising while using the Company’s services. The Company will respond to and address your inquiries without delay.

11. Changes to the Privacy Policy
AIDIN ROBOTICS Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

11.2 The date of posting and the effective date of the revised Policy will be clearly indicated.

12.1. Stored Data and Purpose of Data Processing
The Company’s website uses the HubSpot service provided by HubSpot Inc. for marketing and sales purposes. HubSpot uses cookies—text files stored in a computer’s browser—to collect anonymous usage data. HubSpot also uses web beacons (invisible graphics, hereinafter referred to as “Beacon” or “Web Beacon” depending on the context). These web beacons allow the evaluation of information such as visitor traffic to the web pages of the website. The information generated by cookies and web beacons regarding the use of this website, as well as the advertising formats delivered, may be shared only with HubSpot’s contracted partners.
